Out of the Box Women's Fitness Program
We are looking for women who want to:
Do you want to be healthier but don’t quite know where to begin? This is exactly what you’ve been looking for. We are seeking women who want to take on a challenge to change their lives! We have developed a health and fitness plan to guide you over 6 weeks that is sure to jump start you into the healthy, happy lifestyle that you deserve.
Our coaches will ask you how you feel so far, take measurements/data, and help you set realistic goals.
Weekly Scheduled Trainings
Tuesday and Thursday- 7:00 pm
Monday and Wednesday- 7:00 am
Saturday- 8 am*
You will be meeting three times per week for 60-75 minutes.
